Born and raised in the community, President and founder J. Park Shai III has been part of the local business landscape for over two decades. After majoring in business at the Ohio State University, Park opened his own catering business. That led to becoming the restaurant manager of a local favorite, Bryn Mawr, for the next three years.

Following his entrepreneurial instincts, he leveraged that management experience to start his own landscaping business. Within a few years, that success afforded him an opportunity to sell the landscaping business to a larger local landscaper. Park then went into sales and sales management with Michael's Finer Meats & Seafood for eight years.

At this time his reputation, local relationships, and sales skills seemed to be a great fit for the real estate market. Getting his realtor's license in 1995, he became a top producer in the 7years he was with a local real estate company. He successfully obtained his Broker's license and with his ever-present entrepreneurial spirit, Park opened SHAI Commercial, Ltd. in March 2003. With the growth and success at SHAI Commercial, as a veteran in commercial real estate for over ten years, Park has become the most respected and sought out name in the area.

His life would not be complete without the love and support of his wife, Holly, and their three daughters. With a deep-rooted sense of community and family values, they live on a farm in Granville.

Park is a member of the NAR, Rotary International, the Chamber of Commerce, the Newark Alliance, the LCBR, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Steve came to Shai Commercial in September of 2008 after working in the Columbus Real Estate market for 2 years. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University and currently lives in Pickerington with his wonderful wife, Emily, and their two young children, Clare and Carter.

Born and raised in Muskingum County, Steve is familiar with and passionate about the growth and development of East Central and Southeastern Ohio. He enjoys fishing, camping and classic cars, but most importantly he is a huge Buckeye fan.

Steve is a member of NAR, OAR, LCBR and lifetime member of the Ohio Farm Bureau.

Concentrating in the areas of retail, site selection and development, Steve is prepared to assist you with any of your real estate needs in the area and looks forward to working for you as your business grows.

Kyle came to Shai Commercial in September 2009 after working in the Residential market for a number of years. He worked for an Excavating Company while attending college. He is a Graduate of Technology Education College in Columbus Ohio. There he obtained an Associates Degree in Engineering & Applied Science. While working in the architecture and engineering fields Kyle started getting involved in real estate and real estate investments finding out that he loved it! So in 2008 he decided to obtain his Real Estate License. He is now a member of the LCBR.

He is a motivated people person with an engineering background so commercial Real Estate seemed like the perfect fit. Not only is Kyle familiar with Land Development but he is passionate about the growth and development of Licking and surrounding counties.

Kyle is a long time resident of Licking County and Central Ohio. He grew up on a farm and loves the county but the Lake is his favorite place to be. Kyle enjoys boating; atv's; hunting, fishing, and operating heavy equipment whenever he has the opportunity.
